THE SPACE
Step into your private, first-floor studio apartment, thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay for up to two guests. The open-plan space features a comfortable queen-size bed and a cozy living area with two modern swivel chairs. A large smart TV is perfectly positioned to be viewed from either the bed or the seating area. A clever fold-down Murphy table offers a spot for two to enjoy a meal or get some work done.
The full bathroom is equipped with a shower and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
KITCHEN AMENITIES
The fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for preparing light meals, including:
Induction burner
Ninja air fryer (great for grilling, baking, and roasting)
Microwave
Full-size refrigerator
Coffee maker
All essentials for light cooking
GUEST ACCESS
You will have complete and private access to the entire studio apartment. While the studio is attached to a larger home, it is a completely separate and private unit with its own front and back entrances. Your stay includes a designated parking spot and your own section of the front porch, ensuring you have a private space to relax and enjoy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION / DISCLOSURES:
Potential for Noise: The apartment is located along a main thoroughfare, so you may hear traffic, especially during busy hours. We recommend light sleepers use the provided disposable earplugs. We are actively working to improve soundproofing and will soon be installing new windows to significantly reduce outside noise.
Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, three outdoor-only security cameras are installed. One faces the parking area, one faces the porch doors, and one faces the main house doors. These cameras do not record audio and are used strictly for security purposes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
