Guests have private, exclusive access to the entire home, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and full bathroom. A private entrance and designated gravel driveway provide convenient off-street parking. Three areas of the home are locked for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

The bathroom features a deep clawfoot tub that requires stepping over a high tub wall, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
