RENTAL AGREEMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT
After booking, guests will receive a short rental agreement to review and sign electronically.
A refundable security deposit hold is also required prior to arrival, similar to the temporary authorization many hotels place on a credit card during a stay.
No charges are made unless damage, missing items, or violations of house rules occur. The hold is automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, demand, weekends, and holidays. One-night stays may be priced higher than multi-night bookings. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Please reach out if you have any questions about pricing or availability.
